Update

Hi!
It doesn't look like but we'd been very busy sorting out things regarding plumbing jobs, garage, roofing and so on.

We're considering installation of renewable energy systems in both houses. Things like solar panels to heat water for free and heat pumps that use natural geotermal energy to heat the house during winter. Both will save a fortune on electricity bills and gas which price and resources are scarce.

Good news is that this year local authorities have lots of special founds from European Union to support financing such investments carried out by developers as urselves, especially in rural areas . THEY CAN COVER UP TO 60% OFF ALL COSTS!!!!
I'm still working on it, talking to different installers i'll present u with few offers, so u can pick one very soon.

My delivery van was bought from Denmark and it takes a lot of effort get it through polish administration, need to have all papers translated, and there is always something missing, u might now something bout that... i hate bureaucracy...
But hopefully i'll have it sorted in next two days, then i'll be able to transport all materials needed to build the fence around parcel, and lots of other things.

Now few photos from Wygoda, as u can see your basement its getting shape. Its being covered with special liquid felt air board and foil to protect it against cold and water. The Boyz are sayin that everyting it's going very smooth, weather is good and they work cheerfully, the sun makes cement dry nicely.

Goon the sunshine!!

5. Formwork

Looks familiar doesn't it?
On the bottom of a hole the boyz are setting up a framework for foundation, and effectively cornerstone of ur new house!!.

Above the ground on the corners u can see few boards nailed together to form fence-like structure. The upper board represents the ground floor.
As u can see we're keeping eye on those guys to don't set the house too low as it happened b-fore, so u can have use of your underground garage, normal windows in your basement and normal sewage instead of pumping all that shite up.
There will be seven steps up to your front door.

Well that's about it for the moment. I'll keep u up to date with what's going on as much as i can.
I'll write in English so Colin and most of your friends can read it no problem.

Now to You Colin - if u'll have any suggestions - fire up, we'll be in touch from now on. The project of your house is PERFECT but it doesn't mean that there will be no decision making - i'll keep u posted and whenever something comes up we wont do it without yours and Joanna's approval.

All right so, I'm heading off into town for blues gig now.
Talk to u soon.

Your cinncinnati
Dav
